We are pleased to announce that we have completed the necessary work on the production planning feature, a turning point for the fabricator production management system, and that we have released the Production Planning feature. In this article, we’ll share information about how to use our new feature.
Why did we need Production Planning?
The planning stage is one of the important stages in production activities. Rüzg No wind helps the unmanned ship. Imiz Our producers want to carry out their production according to a specific plan and determine how much raw material they need for their planned production. Thanks to a planned production, raw material supply can be maintained in a healthier manner, while producers can have an overview of production performance. In line with all these reasons and feedback from manufacturers who are fabricator users, we have developed a production planning module that is useful for all our manufacturers. As with all other features of the fabricator production management system, the production planning feature was designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind.
How Can You Use Production Planning?
You can access the Production Planning feature via the Production Plans button in the menu.
On the Production Plans page, click the Create Production Plan button in the upper right corner.
On this page you can create a new production plan,
- In the Production Plan Description section, add a statement to help you quickly find your production plan (Ex: September Productions)
- In the Production Plan Date section, enter the date information about when you planned your production.
- In the Recipes and Production Quantities section, type the recipes subject to this production planning and the production quantities to be realized from these recipes. (Ex: You can add both lemonade and buttermilk recipes to a production planning titled September Production.)
Complete the process of creating your production plan by pressing Schedule.
Once you have created your production plan, you will see the detail page for that plan (you can also access the same page at any time from the Production Plans tab in the left menu). After planning, the Fabricator checks the current stock information on your Parachute interface.
On the Production Plan detail page, in the Raw Materials and Semi-Products section, you can view how much of which raw material you will use to realize this production plan, the current status of your parachute stocks and your net raw material-based needs. In a production planning with lemonade and ayran recipes, water, which is the common raw material for both products, will appear with its total value.
The stock amount displayed on the production plan page is determined by the stock data in your parachute stocks as soon as you create your production plan, and all calculations are made on this value. If your raw material quantities in stock are lower than the amount to be used in production, the amount required to complete the production will be indicated in red in the ‘Net Need’ section.
If there is any change in your parachute stocks after planning, you can update your stock information and raw material needs by clicking “Recalculate with current stock information” button at the bottom of Production Plan detail page.
Production Planning feature is included in the Factory package. For detailed information about the factory package, please contact us at [email protected].
